Sign installed at 7770 Norfolk luxury condos in Bethesda (Photos)
The sign was installed yesterday at the JBG Companies' 7770 Norfolk luxury condo tower, in Bethesda's Woodmont Triangle neighborhood. Looking forward to the grand opening of this.

Vacant downtown DC office building to be converted to condos:
As of yesterday, 7770 no longer will be condos; it is being shifted back to rentals (poor sales--they didn't start promoting till September). I was planning to move in in late January, but they hadn't come up with a settlement date. Yesterday I got a phone call and today I got my deposit back. Bummer.
