Signs placed at the Bethesda Metro Center could be of use other places in downtown Bethesda, as well. "No parking on brick or sidewalk," the signs read, with the threat of towing stated below that. As street parking is increasingly removed, and new buildings rise without pull-off areas for deliveries, trucks are often blocking sidewalks, bike lanes and other rights-of-way around town. One of the signs had already been knocked over when these pictures were taken.
