Let's check in at the construction site of the future St. Elmo Apartments, which spans from St. Elmo Avenue to Fairmont Avenue next to the Bainbridge Bethesda. Developed by Duball, LLC, and Lenkin Companies, the St. Elmo will include 276 apartments, 6000 square feet of retail space, and 220 undergrouud parking spaces. Delivery of the 22-story tower is anticipated for Q1 2024.

I sure hope they're building the garage with electric vehicle charging in mind. Conduits should be run for charging infrastructure and WiFi to support updates.
Why don’t you get some pics from the La Madeleine construction site. You can look down into the excavation from the pedestrian bridge over Old Georgetown.
