CVS Pharmacy is widely known for its famously-long receipts. Its future store at 7235 Wisconsin Avenue in Bethesda is racking up quite a collection of receipts of its own. Those receipts are from UPS, whose delivery drivers have repeatedly been unable to get an answer at the door when attempting to deliver packages to the construction site. As those packages are almost always delivered during the business hours of construction, it suggests work is moving slowly or not-at-all inside the former PNC Bank building, if there is no one there to accept deliveries at a construction site.

That's not going to be a CVS. It's going to be a preschool.
Zoom in on the receipts - the packages are being mailed to "CVS."
The preschool is already in a separate space in the building. They have signage on the side street. Meanwhile, CVS will move in.
